There are many good diets out there, they all should work, but they are not working for many people. Why is that? You need changes deep down inside. Hypnosis can do that for you. I have been overweight for many years and was ready to start trying to lose some extra pounds. I have used every excuse in the book when it came to working out. I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how I am doing since the
"weight loss" hypnosis sessions. I could not be better! I haven"t had any
soda now in about 6 weeks. That is a record for me considering I used to
drink at least 3-4 cans a day. Also, I have started walking every other day
or so. My children and even my husband go with me sometimes. Another benefit
to the sessions is that I am now a vegetarian. Your words gave me the little
push I needed to live a healthier life.
